THE GREAT DEPRESSION

I don't know about the rest of the country, but here in Seattle, things are really bad.
It's worse than the Great Depression.


Take a look at the Seattle Center yesterday:



How it became a desolate field in such a short time, I'll never know.


And here's a newswire photo of a soup line with some of Seattle's best known faces.



Odd how Mike Holmgren still wears his headset. Must be glued on.


And I know how Key Arena was argued to be too small and obsolete for the Sonics,
but it sure has gone downhill since then.



Unbelievable.



Even the Pacific Ocean is feeling the effects of this modern depression.






And while some residents are trying desperately to keep their current lifestyle





Others are just taking it with stride
